CUCINA enoteca Irvine has the distinct honor of being the first restaurant to be awarded the WaterStar Restaurant Certification by Irvine Ranch Water District. The fashionable eatery also celebrates its eighth anniversary at the Irvine Spectrum Center in December 2019.

Sal Hernandez, the general manager of CUCINA enoteca Irvine, has helped his staff of 115 become more aware of using water efficiently. The restaurant also is taking advantage of the free water-efficient devices such as pre-rinse spray valves provided by IRWD.

“Everyone should do their part to save water,” explains Hernandez. “We are happy to be recognized for being water-conscious.”
